I am Li Hua. Here are some of my thoughts about English. I think English is the most widely used language in the world. English can help us understand different cultures in the world. English can also let us introduce our culture and stories to the world. And speaking English well can improve our confidence.

This is my present English level. At present I can communicate with my classmates in English using simple words. I also like speeches. I won the prize in the speech contest last year. And I believe that I will be able to talk with others if I go to a Western country.

However, I have some problems in learning English. I can’t use grammar correctly. Sometimes I can’t express myself clearly in writing. I often find it hard to remember some difficult words.

At last, I have some suggestions for English teachers. I think teachers should communicate with us in English more (when they are) in class. I also think they should do their best to explain difficult things more simply.

I hope our school will consider my advice.
